Hi, I'm Mr. Divorce. Since I formally launched www.HelpMrDivorce.com and now IWantMyHouseBack.com, I have been getting a TON of e-mail in which clones like you have asked a lot of the same questions. Is your website for real? Do you work? How stupid could you be to let your ex-wife take all your money? Why don't you just buy another house? Will you pose nude for cash? Stuff like that...So I've taken the time to answer some of those questions:

IS IWANTMYHOUSEBACK.COM FOR REAL?

Obvious question but just like my flagship website, www.HelpMrDivorce.com, it is for REAL. All joking aside, I, through a lot of blood, sweat and a few tears, bought and paid for my dream house once - All sentimental value and emotional attachment aside, including the fact that my dogs are buried in the backyard, I WILL, thanks to your contributions and my hard work, GET MY HOUSE BACK and turn it into the HOME it never was. Besides, my dogs are buried in the backyard and as corny as it may sound, I told them I would be back for them.

HOW COULD YOU HAVE LET YOUR EX-WIFE DO THIS TO YOU?

Again another good and well-worded question. I didn't have my back covered! It's as simple as that. I'm going to be honest here... I never saw my ex-wife's greed and vengeance coming. Couple that with perfect timing, no support network and well, here I am. In a long-term marriage, I asked for a divorce and it was agreed upon between my ex-wife and me that I would keep the house - no drama, no attorneys. To make a long painful story short, my ex-wife fraudulently received, during the early stages of the divorce process, an OSC order that said "she" could not afford the house. That's because "I" made the payments [payments & taxes were current]. Absent from the process, the home was ordered sold and the assets put into a court trust. Subsequently, [she] received a default judgment and was wrongly awarded all of the community property assets - including those from the sale of the house.

WHAT WILL THE MONEY I DONATE BE USED FOR?

100% of the funds will be used to repurchase my house! All funds will be deposited into a Money Market account.

HAVE YOU CONTACTED THE NEW OWNERS?

Yes. I have sent them a number of letters informing them of my intent to re-purchase my house. I have recently consulted a Real Estate attorney to formalize my request. Everyone has their price and based upon discussions, current real estate downturns and the [new owners] fixed income status, I am confident this amount will be sufficient.

WHAT IF YOU RAISE $1,000,000 AND YOU RE-PURCHASE YOUR HOME FOR LESS. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE EXTRA MONEY?

WHAT'S MR. DIVORCE REALLY LIKE?

A number of people asked this question which is testimony to how much wasted time you people have on your hands. Let's see, I may have tanked my divorce but under normal circumstances, I am a middle-aged "man's-man" that positively contributes to society, would take the blame after a night of drinking when I carry your drunk ass to your front door, ring the door bell and face your wife, and would give you the last dollar I had - if I had a dollar to give you!
